It stinks when a plan falls apart.
Rescheduling: individuals and groups smaller than 20 players may request a reschedule anytime before 8 am EST on the day of the reservation. Groups of 20 or more may request a reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the booked date. All money paid, except the $100 private game fee if applicabale, will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
Refunds: Individuals and groups smaller than 20 players may receive a full refund of all money paid up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the ORIGINALLY booked date. If the reservation is made within 3 days of the reserved date, refunds will be honored up to 12 hours AFTER the reservation was made, but not after 8 am on the scheduled date. Groups of 20 or more players may request a full refund up to 240 hours (10 days) days prior to the ORIGINALLY booked date. If the reservation for a group of 20 or more is made within 10 days of the booked event, refunds will be honored up to 12 hours AFTER the reservation was made, but not after 8 am on the scheduled date. The $100 private game fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is good for your originally booked play date ONLY.
Cancellations: Action Games reserves the right to cancel any reservation without warning for any reason or no reason at all. In the event that Action Games must cancel the reservation, all reserved groups will be offered an opportunity to reschedule free of charge OR take a full refund. This typically only happens when poor weather threatens the safety of our staff and guests.
